Viewing – The Medici: the makers of modern art

In 2008, the BBC aired a nice and informative documentary about the Florentine family of The Medici: a family that gained their fortunes in the aftermath of the Plague pandemic and the changes in argriculture that partly a result of it.

The documentary itself is very hard to come by in a more legal fashion. It used to be on youtube, but apparently it has been remove recently. Luckely, we have cut this version in four chapters of about fifteen minutes each. See the video's below.
